Accounting Officer / Assistant Accounting Officer (2023-09-15)
Job Duties
- Handle full set of accounting functions, e.g.accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly financial statements, etc
- Prepare daily bank reconciliation
- Optimize and improve internal controls and procedures
- Prepare periodic and analysis reports
- Perform ad hoc duties as needed
Job Requirement
- Diploma holder in Accounting/Finance discipline
- 1 year or above of relevant working experience
- Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated and pleasant
- Proficient in PC Skills, including MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly preferred- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Accounting Assistant
