Communication
To enhance the communication with our customers, supervisors are sent to all contracted areas to do supervision, collect customers’ opinions and take necessary actions. The management, supervision and executive teams work 24 hours a day to provide ready help every minute. We always look for room for improvement and are open to any opinions, trying to feel what our customers feel and serve them with professional knowledge.
Quality Control
In order to control our quality, we design action plans for each job stating clearly the distribution of work to help future follow-up before a contract becomes effective. After that, managers and supervisors are sent to do random checks and hand in reports at least once a month, making sure that the action plans are well observed.
