-	Obtained the tender contract of market management, cleaning and pest and rodent control for markets in Wong Tin Sin Area for the first time; reinforcing the development of services diversification.
-	Obtained the tender contract of street cleaning services (Wai Chai Area) for the first time.  The services were extended to street cleaning.

-	Obtained the tender contract of "Hong Kong Cultural Centre" and "Hong Kong City Hall" for the first time. The cleaning services were extended to recreational and cultural facilities.
-	"Li Hing Holdings Limited" acquired Wastewi$e Logo from Environmental Protection Department for the first time.

 

-	Obtained the tender contract of Leisure Venues (e.g. rest garden, sport centre and swimming pool, etc) in Kwun Tong District for the first time.  The services were extended to public facilities.
-	“Hong Kong Recycling Company Limited” obtained ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO18001 quality certification for the first time.
-	"Li Hing Environmental Services Company Limited " obtained Caring Company logo for the first time

-	"Hong Kong Recycling Company Limited" opened the Resource Recycling Center in Kwai Chung.
-	"Li Hing Holdings Limited" and "Li Hing Environmental Services Company Limited" obtained  'Hong Kong Q-mark Service Scheme' Certification (Q-mark Service Certification) for the first time.

"Li Hing Environmental Services Company Limited" obtained ISO14001 & ISO18001 quality certification for the first time.

"LH (Yan's) Holdings Limited" was renamed to "Li Hing Holdings Limited".

Established "Hong Kong Recycling Company Limited" and "Li Hing Pest and Rodent Control Services Limited" to promote the diversification of services and started the development of recycling services and pest and rodent control services.
